Goat Cake Pan

You asked for it, we finally got it! It's the newest product in our line-up and this Boer Goat cake pan is bound to be a hit. This is a silicone pan with interior dimensions of 13.5 inches x 10 inches x 2 inches deep. It does not hold an entire cake mix, but fill to within one inch from the top. We recommend baking on a shiny cookie sheet for stability.
This would be excellent for a graduation party, county fair or wedding party. Check out the pictures, you can see it makes delicious brownies.

Baking with silicone is really not much different than metal. You may have to adjust your cooking times for your oven temp or altitude, but use the toothpick method to check for when its done.

NOTE!!!
The tail on the goat can be a bit fragile. Be sure to pull the cake pan away from the tail first to help prevent it from breaking off. If it does come off, you can reattach it with a toothpick and cover with icing OR just use frosting as a "glue" to stick it back on and cover with frosting as usual.
